Service description

Norton is a digital subscription service that provides access to a multiple layers of protection for your devices via a mobile subscription with internet access.

Access conditions

The service is available only to residents of Bahrain.

The user must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of the number owner.

Access may vary depending on technical availability and operator network coverage.

Registration and subscription

The subscription is activated after confirmation by the User through direct billing with his/her mobile operator.

By confirming your subscription, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

Fees and settlements

The service costs depending on the operator: Daily billing of Zain: 0.25 BHD/daily, Batelco: 0.3 BHD/daily, STC: 0.3 BHD/daily (+10% VAT) (auto-renewal) every day.

Charges are made directly to the User's monthly invoice or deducted from their prepaid balance.

The subscription automatically renews until canceled.

Trial period and promotions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Payment is charged in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). This cycle may be daily, weekly, or monthly. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our support team.

Unsubscribe

No strings attached; you can cancel your subscription at any time by sending Send "STOP NMS" to 94398 for Batelco, "UNSUB NMS" to 88888 for Zain and "UNSUB NBD" to 98054 for STC. Right of withdrawal

You are not bound by any long-term commitment to us. You are free to use your subscription indefinitely, subject to the terms of your agreement. You may cancel at any time through your service settings, provided you do so at least one full day before your renewal date. If you cancel during your subscription period, your access will remain active until the end of your paid period or free trial period. Your subscription will not automatically renew, and no further payments will be charged. You can always reactivate later. Generally, there are no refunds or credits for cancellations during the subscription period, unless required by law. If your subscription is suspended or terminated, there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for unused time, fees, content, or data associated with it.

Returns

Fees already collected are non-refundable, except in the case of billing errors.

Any complaints regarding incorrect charges should be reported to customer service or the relevant Operator.

User Obligations

You may not resell, distribute or transfer access to the Service.

The Service must be used lawfully and without any intention of abuse.

Responsibility

Norton (Gigaplay OÜ) does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Norton (Gigaplay OÜ) is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Operator, technical failures, force majeure or actions of third parties.

The maximum liability to the User will not exceed the amount paid in the last three months.

Intellectual property

All content and materials available on mdg-services-ntnpromo are property or can be promoted by Gigaplay OÜ.

The user receives only a personal, limited and non-transferable right of use.

Changes to the Service and Terms and Conditions

Norton (Gigaplay OÜ) reserves the right to modify content, prices or terms of service.

Changes to the Regulations will be communicated to the User via the website or the Operator.

Privacy and data protection

Norton (Gigaplay OÜ) MagPlus processes the User's personal data (line number, IP, device information) necessary to provide the Service.

Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Suspension and termination

Norton (Gigaplay OÜ) may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of fraud, abuse or violation of the Terms.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Regulations are subject to the law of Bahrain .

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bahrain .
